Our introduction to Patisserie class will include laminating and shaping the dough used for croissants & pain au chocolat and making sweet pastry and creme patisserie for French fruit tarts. You will take home your sweet creations and can collect your pastries the following morning (or take them home to bake yourself!) Refreshments provided during the class.
